Chapter 29 - Husband is sulking.
"Mmm..." Two bodies lay kissing on the wide bed, welcoming the new afternoon. It's no wonder they're up now, having battled it until dawn. Sweet tongues, inextricably linked, breathing becomes laboured. If it went on any longer, Kantapong thought his petite wife would surely get aroused again. The lovemaking channel needed a rest; otherwise, if it tore, it would be a big problem.
Gun didn't want to stop their bedroom activities; he just wanted to ease up a bit. Therefore, he had to pull his face away. His sharp eyes gazed at Kel's flushed cheeks at close range, while he looked back pleadingly.
"That's enough. I'm afraid you'll become addicted to sex," a deep voice interrupted.
"I don't know why my emotions get so easily ignited."
My brain craves Kandapong's body; I want to be with this person.
He's so passionate; I get aroused almost every time I hug, kiss, and caress him.
Ding dong!
Kel's phone rang, so the tall person reached for it. The owner of the phone pressed to read the message, which was similar to the one in the notification, but the people who sent the messages are different. It's obvious they planned it; they're in perfect harmony.
Sia: I'm at the pub tonight. I want to see you.
Jessie: See me, I miss you so much.
Kel typed back and chatted for a while until they agreed. He wanted me to see him because we hadn't seen each other in a long time. He sent about ten "I miss you" stickers and added a final remark suggesting they bring their loved ones along, which immediately made Kel realise their true intention: who exactly did they want to meet?
"Jess invited me to a pub, and I want to see her too," he told his boyfriend.
"Really?" Kant gave him a suspicious look, thinking that Kel wanted to go on his own, because someone who loves to party hadn't enjoyed music in a long time.
"Uh, I really don't want to go," he quickly refused, knowing full well what was going on.
"Have I said anything yet?" He chuckled slightly.
"Shall we go together?"
"You usually go alone, don't you?" A mischievous smile played on his lips, but there was no way he'd let the other person go without him. He was very possessive!
"Now that I have a husband, I want him to keep an eye on me." The petite man speaks so bluntly that sometimes Gun has to admit he feels embarrassed.
"Are you being stubborn? Why do I need to supervise you? If I came along, I wouldn't let you be a DJ anyway."
"I know," Kel nodded in acknowledgement. "Or do you want to sit on my lap? Don't bump into me too much, though. If you sit, you have to sit still. No rubbing your butt against me in public because my patience has limits." The young man spoke as if he had a month to himself.
"Gun wouldn't dare take advantage of me in a pub," Kel said, his sweet eyes thoughtful. If he did, it would be considered excessively lustful.
"I just didn't want to do it. The bathroom wasn't private."
"There are other rooms available. Jess will let you use them. Or if you can't stand it, leave." I don't know who's being more perverted here; I'm only thinking that I find a place to do something like that.
"Is it really a good idea to have sex every day?" Gun asked, raising his dark eyebrows.
"Why? Are you bored?"
"no"
"If you're bored, just say so," the sweet face now turned into a pout as he turned to the other side.
"Who would get bored? I'm just worried," Kant said, immediately hugging him.
"Let go!" Kel's eyebrows were almost touching as he tried to pry his thick hand off.
"Are you sulking?"
"Don't worry about it. Just leave me like this."
"I won't let go, and I won't let you sulk. I'm not bored; I could do it right now, but I'm afraid it will repeat itself. You're the one who has to bear the brunt of it. If I, the one giving the force, don't restrain myself, I'll be the one who's in trouble."
"Mm," was the only response heard, a very faint one.
"Hmm, what? Talk nicely," the man with the curved lips moved closer to speak.
"understand"
"Okay, now that you understand, turn around."
Kel only turned his face back. Kant straightened up and kissed him again, saying he didn't want to because he was afraid of hurting him, but they were so good at cuddling; it took several minutes before they finally let go.
Jess closed off the entire VIP section on the second-floor left side for privacy, intending to throw a party to celebrate her beloved younger brother's recent announcement to a very handsome man. Sai had been there since 7 PM, surprisingly more excited than anyone else, as she's been a huge fan of Kantapong for years. Ne had just arrived, and the newlyweds were walking hand-in-hand up the stairs.
The tall man was wearing a baseball cap, while the shorter man waved and smiled, greeting other customers as they stepped in, since most were acquaintances. Kant didn't mind, understanding that Kel was very friendly, but he would only speak up if it became excessive.
"What's going on? Usually, you'd be shouting and yelling, why is it so quiet today?" Kel asked, noticing the strange atmosphere as the gang was unusually quiet.
"Hello," Kantapong greeted everyone with a respectful wai because everyone here was older than him.
"Hello. Please have a seat." The others returned the greeting normally, but it was Sai who took the initiative to arrange a seat for everyone before pulling their arm. My dear friend sat down beside me.
"It's quiet because you didn't come alone," Ne said.
"Did I make you uncomfortable?"
"No, don't think like that..." Jess started a friendly conversation with Kant.
"Oh, I forgot to tell you, some of your friends are on their way," Kel interrupted while opening a bottle of liquor. The tall man watched him the whole time, wondering why.
His wife is so skilled; you'd never believe he used to be a beer boy.
"Isn't your friend handsome?" Sai asked.
"They're all probably married by now," Kel replied instantly, as usual, mixing drinks for everyone. This was always his job whenever they went out for drinks together.
Kel definitely wouldn't let the pub owner mix his drink because he still wants to enjoy the atmosphere, the lights, and the music.
Earlier this evening, a friend of Kant's called to invite him for drinks. That friend wanted to celebrate his friend's relationship announcement, so Kant agreed. The solution was to arrange for everyone to meet here so they wouldn't have to be separated from their lovers, because he wanted to keep an eye on Kel, and Kel didn't want to let him go drinking far away.
"I'm reserving one spot for your friend."
"Hey, sis, you already have a husband," Sai said, turning around.
"Oh, fine, I don't want it then." Then laughter erupted.
They had only just started drinking, but all eyes were on the two people sitting so close together they were practically on top of each other. A moment later, Gun’s phone rang, so he asked to go outside to talk. That's when Kel got completely slammed.
"Why don't you just sit on my lap?" Jess said sarcastically, pouting and glaring.
"Actually, he said he was going to bring his brother because he didn't want to sit on the chairs at the shop. I was like..." Sai paused, not knowing what words to use to express her frustration at her dear friend
"I really want to sit here. Will anyone say anything?" Kel said with complete confidence, as if he enjoyed being teased.
"Since it's come to this, there's no need to be shy," Ne said, chuckling softly at the small-scale war between his friends. He enjoyed watching them argue.
"Do you know yet that you're a slut?" Sai continued to ask.
"You should have known, because you got sucked into the wound all night. It hurt so much."
"Stop it! I didn't ask that far," the young woman said, unable to tolerate it any longer. It was rare for this group to remain silent.
"Stop it! I didn't ask that much," Kel said, looking impatient. "Oh, and now he's starting to teach me so much. I suddenly feel so small and insignificant, just nodding along. When Gun is serious, he's terrifying. He's the most reasonable and calm person, unless you make him angry." As Kel described his lover, he became happy, smiling like a madman.
"Have you ever made him angry?" Jess asked.
"Yes, I have."
"already...."
"On the bed, it's the most violent," he replied truthfully.
"Wait," Ne started wanting to hit Kel, too. He hated the look on his face when he showed off his boyfriend.
"Hey, Kel, I'll be right back. Man's car got into a scrape at the street entrance," the young model said as he returned.
"Are you alright?" Kel asked anxiously.
"It's okay, it's waiting for insurance."
"Should I come with you?"
"It's alright. Go ahead and drink with your friends. Just don't get too drunk."
Man didn't have an accident. The reason Kant was on the phone for so long was that he ordered flowers to surprise his boyfriend, but the delivery person dropped them off at the wrong place. He was confused as to how such a famous pub could be unknown.
He hurried down to wait, and a short while later, a large bouquet arrived. The fresh red roses were perfect for his sexy wife. They'd been dating since yesterday, but he hadn't given him anything yet. That's the busy life of a model.
"Hey, Kant, aren't you coming in? And where's Kel?" Man greeted them as they arrived in front of the pub.
"I went in already, but I came down to get flowers."
"That's way too much! He won't be able to carry it all." The bouquet is really huge.
"Have they arrived yet? We can go in together."
"I'll call later."
Man picked up the phone and called his friends one by one, while Gun just smiled at what was in his arms. The more he thought about the person's sweet face, the happier he was.
"Almost there. Tin brought his wife with him. Are you guys trying to show him off to me or something?"
"Did you bring it, Nan?" Kant asked back with a smile.
"Oh, I forgot to ask, you idiot. But Ping definitely won't bring it because he doesn't have a wife," he said, then burst into laughter like a madman, finding it inexplicable.
"Same here," the young model suddenly calmed down his friend.
"Damn it! He's insulting me, that jerk!" Soon, his friends arrived. Kin brought Dey along, while Ping and Nanfah, like Man, were alone. They all entered the pub, and Gun immediately led them upstairs. But upon arrival, he couldn't find his boyfriend. He asked around at their table, noticing their hesitant reactions, which puzzled him. Finally, Jess explained that Kel had gone to clink glasses with an acquaintance.
"Hold these for me," he handed the flowers to Tin to hold before walking towards the area Jessie had indicated with her finger. It was on the second floor, but that area was still open as normal.
"Hey, is this what someone angry looks like?" Sai nudged Ne, asking. The thing Kel had told her earlier immediately flashed through her mind—the part about Kant. He's a calm person unless you make him angry.
"I don't know either."
"Should I go check it out? I'm afraid the shop will get wrecked," Jess whispered, but she probably wouldn't go because Kant's friends greeted them first. They were all handsome.
The young model arrived at his destination, scanning the area for the petite figure. Just then, his round eyes met his. Kel had only just sat down and hadn't expected Kant to return so quickly. He quickly said goodbye to his junior before walking over to the other man, who stood there with a stoic, almost frightening expression.
"Well... " It's my junior, he came to visit," Kel said first.
But the tall man remained silent, his sharp eyes staring intently as if displeased.
"Has Gun’s friend arrived yet? Let's go back to our table."
Kel changed the subject, deflecting the question while pulling Gun back to the table. They realised the atmosphere was lively now; it seemed everyone had already gotten to know one another.
"Hello, Kel," Man greeted. The others also bowed. Kel smiled cheerfully and happily introduced himself to everyone. Then he turned to look at their faces. It's so intense. He wanted to ask about Man's accident, but I'll save it for later.
The tall figure sighed as if the fun was over for the night, before sitting down on the same sofa. At that moment, the smaller person immediately climbed on top of him. Everyone was stunned and speechless. The atmosphere was silent for a while, then Man yelled to bring the fun back. Kel pulled Gun’s strong arm, making him wrap his arms around his waist.
"Here's your glass, darling." A slender hand picked up a glass and handed it to him.
"I'm not going to drink any more. Let's have a drink," the deep voice replied, causing the smaller person to purse their lips.
"How can I not drink? My friends want to celebrate our love," the small figure leaned against the strong chest, turning his face back towards him. Begging and pleading
"Gun, the flowers," Tin interrupted.
"Leave it for now. He probably doesn't want it anymore."
"Um, whose is it?" Kel turned around to ask.
"It's mine. He bought it for me," Man replied.
"I bought it for you, but I don't want to give it to you anymore," Gun said calmly. Kel immediately got up from the stand and turned back to face him.
"Darling," he said, and then sat back down in his original seat, but this time astride his lap, facing him.
"Xie..." It's not just Gun’s friends who are surprised; even his girlfriends are already getting ready to prune their tamarind branches. What's going on?
"I told you not to go; your husband's sulking now," Jess grumbled. Earlier, a younger friend wanted to clink glasses with Kel, and she'd warned them not to go to that room.
"Your husband will come back and find out, that'll cause problems," she insisted, but Kel still insisted he would only be gone for a little while.
"That's so shameless of her to dare sit like that! I'll be nice, I'll be nice!" Sai clutched her head in exasperation.
"Keep drinking," Tin said before the atmosphere became even more tense.
"Hey, do you want to drink this? But it tastes a bit bitter," Jess asked the short model.
"Uh... I get drunk easily. I'll only drink this much," he quickly said.
"They're so cute," Sai commented, confused herself... she felt shy and embarrassed when she looked at her friend's couple, then at the other couple, and thought they were so cute. She is a murderer of blood.
The BL (Boys' Love) is getting intense.
"Do you want to sit like that?" Tin whispered to the person next to him, his eyes on Gun and Kel, who were still being affectionate with each other, and it seemed his friend wasn't interested—easily swayed or giving in.
"...Toey quickly shook his head, his cheeks starting to blush.
"Hee," Tin is always happy when he gets to tease his lover.
"Turn around and sit properly," Kandapong said softly, his sweet face still resting on Kel's shoulder. Kel was murmuring something to make him stop sulking.
"That's a junior from the university. No one's thinking anything inappropriate," the person on top explained, wrapping their slender arm around the other's neck, their face remaining close. Let's talk things out properly.
"If he's just a junior, why didn't one of your friends go with you?"
"They're not very close."
"So, how close are you to him to be sitting like that?" When his patience snapped, he asked everything he wanted to know.
"No, we're not that close."
"Don't sit like that. Get up. If you want to sit on my lap, turn around." The voice remained firm.
"Can I borrow a room for a bit? I need to reconcile with my husband," Kel turned back to talk to Jess. He couldn't take it anymore either. He was only straddling Jess out of consideration for others. If I weren't being polite, I'd kiss you on the lips.
"Make yourself at home," the pub owner said.
And then the slender figure stood up, pulling the sulking person up as well. It was incredibly difficult to get them to comply until they finally reached the room. Kel led him inside before closing the door behind him. He pushed Gun’s strong back against the wall and was about to get intimate, but "No kissing," Kant turned his face away.
"Are you really sulking?" Kel's slender eyebrows furrowed, his face evoking sympathy.
"What kind of relationship do you have? How did you meet?" He continued to ask the lingering question.
"My younger sibling came to visit here; the pub had just opened at that time."
"Oh, we met up while travelling, and then continued the relationship when we went to university." The tall figure nodded a couple of times as if understanding, but it was actually sarcasm.
"Actually, we're not that close. We know each other, we see each other often," Kel tried to explain further.
"I was only gone for a minute, when I came back, I couldn't find you. When I went to check, I saw you sitting and chatting happily with someone else. Don't say I didn't see him grabbing your thigh!"
Even from a distance, he could see just how close they were to each other.
"..." This time, the small figure fell silent, not daring to speak further.
"Right"
"Why did they see that?" Kel's heart pounded with anxiety. He had initially thought he could win him back, but now that things had turned out this way, it wouldn't be as easy as she thought.
"Damn, that means if I don't say anything, you won't tell me," Kantapong said softly.
"Well, there's nothing wrong."
"okay"
"Gun’s not okay, I know." Who would look so stressed and worried?
"I'm okay, but don't let it happen to me again."
"No! Don't let anyone touch you!" Kel immediately shook his head. He absolutely wouldn't let anyone touch his boyfriend unless it was work-related.
"Then why can you do it?"
"..." When a kid scolds him, he gets sullen and doesn't dare argue back. That's right...why can he talk so intimately with others, but then when Kant is about to do the same thing, they get jealous to the point of losing their temper, getting jealous even though the thing hasn't even happened yet.
