Dare You To Death: Solve the Mystery, See the Death.
Investigation Part 35
It's been two months since the murder case was over, and a series of events have taken place that have changed everyone's lives forever. The courts have resolved the cases and awarded compensation, and all the victims have been returned to their families for religious ceremonies. The perpetrators have been punished appropriately, and those affected continue to heal.
"What did you buy so much stuff, Brother Jade?"
"Min gave me a finger."
"So, isn't P'Min coming with us today?"
"Min is working"
"Then why did Brother Wu get it?"
"Well, I have a boyfriend who's a police lieutenant." When he saw his younger brother's face brighten, the pronouns between them returned to normal. "So, how are things here?"
“Good.”
Jade glanced at his younger brother slightly. Although his mouth said it was good, he would still have to stay here for quite a while. Before, he would come to visit Jay once a week. If work were very busy, he would try to get away for an hour or two. He had already spoken with Jay's personal psychiatrist. Although his symptoms had improved somewhat, he still needed sleeping pills at night. However, he no longer had day terrors. If Khamin didn't come with him, he would also bring him food and books.
“Better is good.”
“I really miss Min.”
"I'm your brother. I never complain about missing him," Jay laughed a little at his brother's possessive behaviour. Although he liked Khamin at first, it was probably just a small crush. His brother seemed more serious.
The two siblings sat talking in the hospital garden. A gentle breeze blew through the leaves, causing Jay to flinch at times.
“Would you like to come in?”
“It’s okay. It’s just… sometimes I can still hear it.”
“What was that noise?” Jay looked up at Jade before turning to look at the view of trees and flowers in front of him.
"Everyone's voices," Jade nodded in understanding. "Ah, I have to go back and talk to the doctor. You should go back."
"Um"
“Go back safely. Please thank P'Min for the snacks and books.”
"I'll bring him along next time."
"I'll wait."
Jade stood, escorted his younger brother inside, then walked out to the front parking lot. He straddled his beloved motorcycle before calling someone who was probably at the station.
[How is it going?]
“Are you free?”
[unavailable]
“Take your time.” The chuckle from the other end of the line let him know that Khamin had already finished his work.
[Visiting Jay, how is he?]
“He’s getting better gradually, but it will take some time.”
[Um, are you going back yet?]
“I’m going back. Do you want anything?”
[It's okay, let's just go back and eat it at home.] Just hearing the ordinary sentence, but it seemed like they were used to it; Jade’s lips slowly curved up into a smile.
"Then let's meet at home."
[Drive carefully.]
Khamin hung up the phone before getting up from the table with a slight hesitation. A knock on the door made him answer it and pack his things.
"Is the sergeant going back already?"
“Leave the rest to me, Sergeant.”
"That's...that's..."
“Say something.”
"I'm sorry. I'm really sorry, Inspector!"
Khamin shook his head slightly before handing his bag to the person in front of him.
"If I had been more careful, the sergeant wouldn't have come to take my place. I'm really sorry. You can... do whatever you want me to do. You can even take a break from work."
“Anything?” Khamin looked at the female officer, who stood trembling, her head bowed in fear.
"Yes, whatever."
"Then take my bag and send me to the car."
Sergeant Prai looked up at her boss as if she were about to cry. Earlier, there had been a drunken brawl at a restaurant. The lieutenant was there when he received the report and volunteered to go with her. Who would have thought that while she was dealing with the injured, a drunk who had lost his mind pulled out a gun and pulled the trigger.
The lieutenant, who had seen the incident, came to shield her before kicking the gun away from him and handcuffing the criminal, preparing to send him to jail. She didn't see anything until the lieutenant's arm was covered in blood, so she had to take him to the hospital.
"Shall I drive you there, Inspector?"
“It’s fine. You just go ahead and write the report on the shooter.” Seeing her about to bow to him again, Khamin raised his uninjured arm to stop her. “Enough. You don’t have to apologise, Sergeant. This kind of thing happens. Just be careful next time.”
Sergeant Parai watched the lieutenant's car drive away, impressed. It had been a long time since she had felt respect for someone of a higher rank in her profession. The first person she respected was the captain, and now there was another: Inspector Khamin. But...
Oh my god, I still haven't told Captain Jade that the lieutenant was shot!!!!
When he returned home, Khamin saw a familiar motorcycle parked in the garage. As soon as he opened the door, the smell of food hit his nose, making him smile. He put all his things down in the living room before taking a deep breath when he reached the kitchen area. He hadn't told Jade about the shooting yet, so there was a high chance he would get a lot of complaints.
"Will you stand there or come over and try some tom yum for me?" The deep voice called out even though he didn't even look back.
“How do you know it’s me? Could it be a thief?”
"Because the look you're giving me is complimenting me on how cool and cute I am."
“Just a little bit.” Khamin walked over to the man, who seemed happy cooking at the stove. When he got there, Jade handed him a stack of his own, already packed bags. “Enjoy!”
Jade accepted the compliment by leaning over to kiss Khamin's cheek before turning off the light and scooping it into a bowl. The man in the black shirt stepped away and sat at the table without telling him about his injury. He didn't want this meal to be filled with resentment, so he chose to finish eating before telling him.
“Do you want more rice?”
"Enough, enough." Khamin raised his unaffected arm to receive the plate of food from the person across from him, then sat down to eat dinner and chat about Jay and the day's work until the meal ended.
"I'll wash the dishes myself. Do you want to go take a shower first?" Jade said after turning to face the sink. Khamin took a deep breath before walking behind Jade and snuggling up against his broad back.
"If you're acting cute like this, you can tell me something."
"Please take a shower." The person washing the dishes accidentally dropped the items in his hand, making a loud noise. Jade dropped everything in front of him and washed his hands to turn back to his lover, who was standing behind him.
"Is this teasing or a favour? I'll be more careful. I ran out of condoms yesterday, don't forget." Khamin laughed softly when he saw Jade's eager expression.
The slender, beautiful hands slowly unbuttoned the shirt one by one while the sharp pair of eyes never looked away. The smooth, honey-coloured skin bore both bite and kiss marks, covering his neck, chest, and down to his stomach. Every part under the cloth had faint love marks scattered here and there.
Jade, who was staring with lustful eyes, involuntarily raised his hand to hug Khamin's waist. But when the shirt was taken off and piled on the floor, revealing the bandages, his eager gaze changed. His eyebrows furrowed together tightly, the same as the hands that increased the force of squeezing Khamin's waist.
“Today, there was a call about a fight at a restaurant. The suspect was drunk, but no one knew about the gun,” Khamin began, recounting the incident when he didn’t see anyone say anything. “The bullet just grazed the object; it wasn’t very deep.”
"Khamin"
"that"
“Why didn’t you tell me when you got shot?”
“The situation was chaotic. We have to protect the villagers and deal with the suspects. I don’t want to bother you.”
"I'm your boyfriend, Min. No matter what happens between you and me, it's important to me. It's not a bother. If things get worse, when will you let me know? The last one?"
"Sorry." Seeing Jade's angry and worried expression, Khamin could only hug his lover's waist.
"You go upstairs first," Jade gently removed Khamin's hand before turning back to washing the dishes. The person watching could only purse their lips together. He didn't want to disturb Jade right now, so he chose to walk up to the bedroom.
He had moved into Jade's room for a month because the owner of the house had been clinging to the door every night. It took him several hours to break in, and finally he relented.
Khamin is an only child who has always been ignored. He always thinks of himself, thinking that his actions will cause others trouble or distress. Therefore, he has a habit of acting without caring what others think. This is different from Jade, who has to take care of his younger brother. His care and concern for various matters are different. He often forgets that he is no longer alone, as he was in the past.
Khamin managed to take off his clothes and wrap a towel around his waist, preparing to take a shower, but the bedroom door opened first. Jade walked in, carrying a box of medicine in his hand. When he arrived, he sat down at the end of the bed next to Khamin.
“Give me your arm.” Khamin extended his arm to the person beside him and looked at Jade's face with a smile. The person in front of him had never been truly angry with him, not even once.
"Jade" was called for the first time and was still ignored.
"Jade", he called out a second time. His hand twitched slightly, but he was still busy putting waterproof plasters around the wound.
"Jade, please talk to Min."
Game Over
"You're so wicked, Khamin." Khamin laughed brightly when the person in front of him looked up and met his eyes. Even though his face was calm, his ears were red.
“I’m sorry I didn’t tell you, and I’m sorry for making you worry.”
"I'll sort a shower for you." "I know you're worried, so I'll do less risky things." Jade gently squeezed Khamin's cheeks before standing up to his full height. "I'll...
Khamin didn't hesitate. He let Jade lead him to the bathroom, then removed his only covering. Water from the shower slowly poured over his smooth body. It was followed by clean-smelling liquid soap that Khamin had personally selected. Because earlier, his lover had said so much that he liked his scent that he couldn't stop pestering him, so he bought it for him to shower together.
His rough hands rubbed the soap over his body, being more careful than usual about the wounds. Jade swallowed his saliva several times. Even though he had seen the person in front of him naked countless times, his heart still beat fast.
"If you're that nervous, should I shower myself?" Khamin said in a teasing tone.
"You know I'm not tense because I'm afraid of hurting you," the person who was being bathed glanced at the crotch of his sweatpants. He saw that something was nudging inside, pushing the pants back into shape. "Turn around."
Jade let out another breath as Khamin turned his back. His neck, back, waist, hips, and buttocks were all angles he liked. Especially when they were having sex, he could see Khamin from this angle as his own being was going in and out. Just thinking about it made Jade squeeze Khamin's waist until he had a handprint on it.
“You’re not thinking anything dirty, are you?”
"I'm thinking." Jade held his breath as he finished bathing Khamin before grabbing a towel to wrap his lover until only his head was exposed.
“Do you want me to help you?” Khamin’s mischievous hands grabbed the edge of Jade's pants and pulled him closer.
"You're hurt. Don't be so naughty, okay?" Jade hugged Khamin's neck before leaning down to kiss both of his cheeks, causing the person in his arms to burst out laughing.
"Go get dressed. You'll get sick. I'll go out when I'm done."
Khamin lightly kissed his lover's chin before walking out of the bathroom, leaving the person who was still standing there to watch with longing eyes. Jade took off his clothes before starting to stroke his aching shaft. But in the end, there was still no sign of release.
Khamin heard a deep moan coming from the bathroom, moaning his name. Even though he had heard it before, he still couldn't help but feel shy. While he was putting on a shirt, the bathroom door swung open with a loud bang, revealing a person who was soaked all over, and his entire body was completely covered in nothing.
“Not finished”
“Is this how you say it?”
"Lend me your hand." Khamin smiled slyly before placing both hands behind his back.
"Khamin, lend me your hand. My whole body hurts."
“It’s better than having hands.” His full lips parted before sticking out his beautiful pink tongue, causing the person watching to almost lose their mind.
"Yeah, go ahead and tease me! Teasing me until I lose my mind! I can't stand it anymore!!!"
Jade walked up to the person who had just put on only a nightgown, but not the other. His lower half was still wrapped in a white towel. He pressed Khamin's unwounded shoulder down to the ground. His sweet and sharp face was pointed at his erect shaft. It lightly smacked Khamin's cheek before being taken into his hot mouth.
“Uh huh.”
“More. Your tongue is so good, Min.” Jade groaned low in his throat with pleasure. He had been rubbing himself for a long time and still didn’t have any sign of climax. But just a few minutes into Min’s mouth, he was already so excited he could die.
“Don’t lick my head like that.”
“Uh huh, uh huh.”
"And you talk a lot too, with that thing in your mouth." Jade looked down at Khamin, who was looking up at him challengingly. He looked at him with lust, his fangs baring before locking Khamin's head and thrusting his hips in and out instead. "More. I'm almost done, Min."
Even though he tried not to push it in too deeply, when his emotions were rising, he almost lost himself every time. Jade thrust his manhood in and out of the small mouth rapidly. Finally, he was close to climaxing. His thumb brushed away the clear liquid from the corner of Khamin's eyes before releasing it in his lover's mouth until it flowed down the side of his lips.
“Do you want to spit?”
“Swallowed.”
Jade smiled before squatting down in front of Khamin and lightly kissing his handsome forehead.
"You're so freaking cute, do you know that?" He stroked the tip of his nose with a fond smile.
“I know enough.”
“Huh, get up. I’ll go get you some water.”
"Jade"
"How is it going?"
“It should be calm now,” Khamin pointed at Jade's centre, which should have been calm after being released, but it remained in the same state.
“Don't say hello.”
“Say hello, why would it be?”
"If you say hello, someone will get tired." Jade crossed his arms and turned to face Khamin.
“It’s pointing at my face,” Khamin teased.
“Choose between sleep and tiredness. There are no condoms.”
"Sleep." Jade was stunned by the answer he just received.
“Let's choose again.”
"Sleep"
“Try choosing again, Min. Again, again.”
“Sleep.” His handsome face was bent down like an abandoned puppy, making Khamin almost burst out laughing. “Sleep after you’re done. Should we start?”
"You're going to give me a heart attack someday."
"I can't take it anymore when I die."
"Then I won't die. I'd rather fight a cat." Jade rushed to pick up Khamin and spin him around before placing him on the bed and straddling him.
As hard as he wanted to fan him, Jade was still worried about his lover's wound, so he was gentle with Khamin all night until he was exhausted and fell asleep.
Meanwhile, he was responsible for cleaning his body, putting on his pyjamas, and making sure Khamin's wound hadn't been affected by the earlier intense activity.
After checking that everything was in order, he lay down next to his lover as he did every night.
"Sweet dreams, Khamin."
