Billionaire Biker Boy
Special Chapter 1 - It Still Lingered
[Early Wednesday morning, the day after Valentine's Day]
Though it was still the beginning of the year, the morning air in the heart of the city was already stiflingly warm. Yet, inside the spacious, cool bedroom, two bodies lay intertwined, still lost in blissful slumber. It wasn't until the sunlight began to seep through the thick curtains that the taller figure slowly squinted his eyes open.
As soon as Wonchana became aware, he tightened his arms around the smaller figure nestled against him. Samut’s delicate head rested on his shoulder, while his small arms and legs draped over Wonchana's body like a personal bolster. The man's lips curved into an uncontrollable smile. Though his shoulder felt slightly sore, he didn't mind. What mattered more was the overwhelming sense of fulfilment in his heart.
Samut continued to sleep peacefully. It was unclear whether it was due to exhaustion from last night's activities or the comfort of sleeping so closely together, but the smaller man didn't curl up like a little puppy as he usually did.
Wonchana leaned down to kiss the crown of Samut's head with all the love in his heart.
Last night, Samut had been utterly adorable. Though inexperienced, Wonchana had to exercise patience and take his time preparing the smaller body; in the end, their bodies fit together perfectly. Gently cradling Samut's round head, Wonchana reached for the smaller man's phone on the bedside table, quickly turning off the alarm to prevent it from waking him. Then he grabbed his phone to text Katewadee, letting her know he wouldn't be going to work today. He also noted that Samut’s tutor had already requested the day off for personal matters.
...So today, he planned to rest and spend the entire day with Samut.
After lying in thought for a while, Wonchana carefully adjusted Samut’s position so he was lying properly on the pillow. Then, he got up to shower and get dressed. When he returned to the bed, he saw his Little Chihuahua stretching lazily before slowly opening his eyes.
Wonchana walked over to sit on the edge of the bed and leaned down to give a morning kiss.
"Morning, Nuu O."
"Mmm," Samut mumbled, raising a hand to push Wonchana's face away shyly before muttering, " haven't brushed my teeth yet."'
"Doesn't matter," said the man who had already brushed his teeth, smiling. Samut shot him a playful glare, but when his dark eyes caught sight of the clock on the wall, they widened in alarm.
"I'm late again!"
The one who had secretly turned off the alarm replied nonchalantly, "You're not late. I'm playing hooky today, skipping work. You don't have class either. Let's go on a date instead."
"Can we really do that?"
..No wonder he's wearing his favourite biker dog shirt today.
"Of course we can. Where do you want to go?" the mischievous man asked indulgently.
Samut lowered his gaze and shyly replied, "I want to go to Ocean World aquarium."
"Do you have your passport?"
"I do. It's not expired. But.. Do we need it?" Samut frowned in confusion.
…Isn't it in a mall downtown? And Thais can enter, right? Even if the tickets are a bit pricey.
"If it's in Singapore, you'd need it. Or should we go to Hong Kong instead? There's an amusement park there, too, and the food's delicious. We could do a day trip to either place."
The aspiring underwater explorer gawked at the extravagance. "Wow, you make it sound like Hong Kong's just around the corner. Let's go to the one in Bangkok first."
Wonchana laughed before leaning down to kiss Samut’s soft cheek.
"I'll do whatever you want. Come on, let's shower. I'll go check downstairs to see what they're cooking today."
Samut propped himself up, and the unfamiliar sensation in his body brought back memories of last night. His pale cheeks flushed red once more.
Last night, P'Win had been incredibly gentle with him, making his first time far less frightening than the stories he'd read on web forums. Though there were moments of discomfort or stinging, whenever he voiced it, P'Win would stop and patiently soothe him again. By the time everything was over, it was nearly midnight.
So when the smaller man stepped off the bed, his legs felt weak, prompting the taller man, who had been watching, to step in and support him to the bathroom without teasing him. Then, Wonchana prepared matching outfits for them. By the time Samut finished showering, Wonchana was there to escort him downstairs for breakfast.
"Today, we've got delicious pork blood soup. Khun Ying ordered it. I'll heat it up for you," Wonchana said
He busied himself, reheating the soup, scooping rice, grabbing condiments, and pouring drinks, all while Samut barely had to lift a finger. When Wonchana handed over the drink he'd ordered, Samut froze for a moment.
Noticing this reaction, which he'd observed for several days now, Wonchana frowned slightly. He moved his chair closer and wrapped his arms loosely around the smaller man, who looked downcast.
"Nuu O... what's on your mind?"
Nuu O, who had never been good at lying, lowered his gaze. When the smaller man remained silent, the older one didn't press him. Wonchana waited patiently until Samut was ready to speak on his own.
..At long last, Samut decided to open up.
"Every time... I see cocoa, I think about when I was drugged."
Wonchana tightened his embrace and whispered, "Do you want to talk to a psychiatrist? It's really common these days, especially for people who've been through something like that. A psychiatrist might have some good advice. I don't want you to have to eat your favourite things with bad feelings forever."
Samut thought about it for a long moment before nodding. He'd hoped the feeling would fade on its own, but it hadn't. It still lingered.
After breakfast, Wonchana took Samut to the private hospital where he'd previously been treated for alcohol allergies. The hospital also had a specialised mental health clinic.
The smaller man spent nearly an hour talking with the psychiatrist, while Wonchana waited nearby. After a while, a nurse came out to call the tall man into the room. The doctor explained that Samut's condition was mild stress and anxiety, not severe enough to be PTSD. The doctor provided initial advice without prescribing medication, as Samut was still sleeping well, and scheduled a follow-up appointment.
After settling the hospital fee, Samut, reflecting on the doctor's words, decided to speak to his tall guardian.
"P'Win... can I visit Oat?"
Wonchana paused briefly, immediately understanding the reason behind the request.
"Of course... I'll call P’Jet first."
After consulting with Inspector Jet, Wonchana took Samut to the prison where the young man was being held. When Sirichok walked into the visitation room, Samut could only look at him with a heavy heart. The man who had once been handsome and fit, like a Korean actor, was now gaunt and worn, dressed in prison attire.
"Hello, Oat," Samut greeted through the bars.
The imprisoned man met Samut’s gaze for a moment before lowering his eyes.
"Are you here to mock me??
"Not at all. I feel uneasy and wanted to know why you did this to me. Weren't we friends?”
If it had been a week ago, Sirichok might've sneered at the man before him. But after just a few days in confinement and conversations with fellow inmates, he'd begun to see the demerit of his ways. He looked at the small face, the mask pulled down to his chin, and admitted, "I was jealous and angry at you, so I did something stupid... I was selfish and thought it was the easy way out.”
When the person before him remained silent, Sinchok asked, "Are you very angry with me?"
Samut paused briefly before shaking his head. "What's the point of being angry? I'm not angry, just...disappointed."
"It's my fault. I'm sorry," Sirichok finally said.
"Alright... I'll tell the lawyer to help you as much as possible. And when you get out, if you need help, just reach out, I'll help you."
Sirichok was stunned by the generosity of the smaller man, a friend who had always been the 'giver,' even though he'd betrayed their friendship so coldly. Realising this, tears welled up in the young man's eyes once more.
“Thank you, O... Even after everything I've done to you, you're still kind to me."
"At the very least, we were friends once."
Sirichok paused before saying,
"Could you tell P'Honey for me? I want to see him.. to apologise to him again."
Samut hesitated for a moment. At first, he almost refused on Mathukorn's behalf, but he realised that the decision wasn't his to make-it was Mathukorn's.
"Alright, I'll let him know."
"Thank you so much."
"Well, I'll be going now. Take care of yourself. If you need anything, let the lawyer know: I'll do my best to help you get out as soon as possible."
Then Sirichok thought of a book he'd read the night before and decided to say. "I'm sorry again, O., and please forgive me."
Samut smiled. "I forgive you. If I've wronged you in any way, please forgive me, too."
"Yeah, I forgive you."
With that, the two smiled at each other, free of any lingering resentment. Samut stood up and turned to walk toward the tall figure waiting nearby. Sirichok watched them leave, a wave of regret washing over him.
.. If only he could turn back time, he'd never have done this.

Later, Wonchana drove Samut into the city for lunch at a popular mall that housed the aquarium Samut had been eager to visit. The smaller man scanned the restaurants and was immediately drawn to a renowned Thai-Italian eatery. The menu showcased an enticing image of black pasta in a creamy orange-tinted sauce, topped with a massive river prawn that stretched across the plate.
"Prawnnn!"
Samut’s dark eyes sparkled with excitement.
"Go ahead," Wonchana encouraged. "I've heard their cakes are really good too, not overly sweet."
The man who rarely indulged in desserts had done his homework. He'd once tasked his second secretary with researching popular restaurants, and he vaguely remembered this place being mentioned for its desserts.
Samut walked straight into the restaurant, which wasn't too crowded yet. Once seated, he browsed the menu but quickly changed his mind. The river prawn pasta also came in a stir-fried chilli and garlic version, which not only sounded more appealing but was also cheaper than the cream sauce option. Despite the dish costing nearly 500 baht, Samut didn't hesitate.
..A single prawn for 1,400 baht? We've had an omakase meal for 15,000 per head. This is nothing
In addition to the pasta, the menu offered various Thai dishes like fried rice with chilli paste and a wide selection of appetisers. Wonchana suggested ordering several dishes to share, prompting the ever-enthusiastic Samut to eagerly place his order with the waitress.
"I'll have the river prawn pasta with chilli and garlic, khao tang na tang, fresh spring rolls, turmeric fried chicken wings, and sticky rice with grilled beef."
"Would you like ribeye or tenderloin for the beef?" the waitress asked. Samut turned to the meat lover, knowing he'd ordered this dish because Wonchana liked it.
"P'Win, which cut do you prefer?"
"No grilled Kurobuta pork today?" Wonchana asked, surprised, as Samut usually loved the black pork.
"Not today. I feel like having beef."
"Then let's go with tenderloin. It's less fatty and doesn't have as strong a smell as ribeye," Wonchana suggested, considering Samut’s limited tolerance for beef.
Samut’s eyes widened slightly at the price of the tenderloin, which was nearly double that of the ribeye and even more expensive than the cream sauce river prawn pasta. Still, he didn't hesitate to order.
"Tenderloin, please. And water."
After the waitress left, the smaller man turned to Wonchana with a pleading expression.
"What do you want now, making that face?" Wonchana asked, amused. Samut recounted his conversation with Sirichok, asking Wonchana to instruct the lawyer to assist Sirichok as they'd discussed. Wonchana gave a faint smile and agreed, understanding that Samut no longer had feelings for the man. This was simply something lingering in his heart, a remnant of their past friendship.
Moreover, Sirichok had already asked for forgiveness. Samut wasn't asking to drop the charges, only to reduce the severity of the punishment. Wonchana readily agreed.
"Alright, I'll take care of it."
After finishing their savoury dishes, Samut ordered a slice of matcha cream cake and a hot cocoa topped with a large, fluffy marshmallow, hoping he wouldn't show any signs of discomfort that might worry P'Win again. Once they left the restaurant, the pair headed to the aquarium in the basement.
Since it was a weekday with promotional discounts, the place wasn't too crowded, and the tickets were cheaper than usual. Wonchana bought a package deal, even though they mightn't use all the included attractions. Just seeing Samut so happy was enough for him.
"Since I was a kid, I've only been to the zoo once. It was a school trip to Ko Yo. They had a lot of exotic animals there, even penguins," Samut shared
"If you like it, I'll take you to the new Dusit Zoo and Safari World... Actually, I've never been to either. Let's go together sometime," Wonchana suggested.
Samut flashed a beautiful smile at his fiancé before immersing himself in the array of animals, both land and aquatic. He marvelled at otters, penguins, and even starfish, which the aquarium had placed in a touch tank for visitors to feel.
"P'Win, can we really touch them?" Samut asked, eyeing the five-pointed creature uncertainly.
"You can, but just be gentle," Wonchana replied after reading the sign. The smaller man stroked the bumpy-skinned sea creature with delight, careful not to apply too much
pressure. Meanwhile, Wonchana diligently took photos, as Samut didn't want to waste time filming TikToks.
They moved on to the penguin show, the underwater tunnel that left Samut awestruck, and finally, the highlight for the smaller man: the sawfish. This large fish, resembling a shark at first glance, was actually a type of ray. Its most distinctive feature was its elongated, saw-like snout.
When they reached the souvenir shop, Wonchana wrapped an arm around Samut's waist as they browsed. The shop offered everything from keychains and mugs to decorative figurines and large plush toys. Seeing the prices, Samut quickly gave up on buying anything.
"How about this?" Wonchana picked up a mug shaped like a turtle's or shark's head
"No thanks. I wouldn't dare use it. It'd just clutter up the house," Samut replied, resigned to leaving empty-handed. But in the end, he couldn't resist a fluffy baby penguin plush, perfectly sized for hugging. Wonchana noticed Samut glancing at it and stroking it repeatedly, so he picked it up and asked, "This one, right?"
Samut nodded shyly. When Wonchana asked if he wanted the larger bear plush instead, the smaller man shook his head. Without hesitation, Wonchana took the penguin plush to the counter and paid for it.
..It wasn't long before Wonchana realised: This was the first time he'd made a mistake in spoiling his Little Chihuahua!
