The wedding was held at the beautiful home of the Phirom Samorn family, with fewer than 10 private guests. Everything was in accordance with the agreement Thiar had made with his mother.
The wedding must be held privately. The guests must be family members. There will be no outsiders, no police friends, and absolutely no public announcement because it will be a fake wedding. The only thing that has not yet been informed to the mother is the six-month time frame.
Before the auspicious moment, the newlyweds stood together in the dressing room. The owner of the light brown eyes was looking at the person who now looked good from head to toe, and secretly admired him in his heart.
Inspector Thiar is really handsome and charming.
Today, Thiartha is wearing a traditional northern Thai groom's outfit: a long-sleeved white shirt with a Chinese collar, elegantly buttoned in the same fabric. He also wears a blue-and-gold patterned sarong, which catches the eye.
"What did the sergeant tell the lady?"
From now on," he said, "we'll be married and gradually develop our relationship.
"Sergeant, don't be ridiculous. We're just pretending to dress up."
"I know," Thiartha replied dismissively.
"Has the time period been announced yet?"
“Oh, I’ve got it covered. You can rest easy.”
The way he answered that time didn't seem very trustworthy. When he opened his mouth to ask again, the other party abruptly walked away. The dragon could only go along with it. Since they were in the same boat, it was difficult to retreat.
The ceremony began at the auspicious time of nine o'clock. Everything was kept inside the house, with the doors closed, but the preparations were like a normal wedding.
There is a backdrop with Thiartha's name and the dragon. Pink and white roses are arranged to symbolise purity and gentle, tender love.
Now all the guests were present, including Police General Prinya, Thiartha's father, Khunying Pharadda, his mother, and his grandparents as witnesses. On the dragon's side, Busaba, the bride's mother, also joined in.
Even though the marriage was a fake one, intended to change the fate, it should be informed to the parents of both parties. The Dragon Mother did not object or refuse in any way and was willing to help the young police officer.
"It's time to put on the ring." The host invited today was the fortune-teller who predicted Thiar's fortune.
"The groom can put the ring on the bride's finger."
A pair of gleaming silver rings sat in a fine velvet box that opened. Thiartha picked up the one on his left hand and carefully placed it on the dragon's left ring finger. However, as he was sliding the ring on, sharp eyes stared at the other party intently.
The familiar round face looked a little strange. The native suit he wore made him look even more elegant. However, the softness of his face was more prominent than ever. His smooth, clear cheeks and pink lips made Thiartha unable to resist staring at his sharp eyes for a bit longer than usual.
Today he is so cute.
“Next, the bride puts the ring on the groom.”
The dragon himself slowly put the ring on, thinking in his mind that he and Inspector Thiar would never change from before.
Be the boss and subordinate.
They are seniors and juniors.
There is no change in the day....
The ring exchange ceremony was completed, followed by the more important ceremony of signing the marriage certificate. Two pieces of paper, bearing the same information, were placed before the bride and groom, with the district officer as witness.
"You can sign. You two will be legally husband and husband." Now, people of all genders can register their marriage.
The weak brown eyes scanned the opponent's face for a moment, but it was Thiartha who started signing first, so the dragon slowly followed suit.
The marriage certificate has been signed, meaning that Thiar and Mangkorn have full legal rights to each other. Next, the fortune teller performed a horoscope ceremony, which the couple paid little attention to. Then, time passed, and it was time to tie the wrists together to bless the newlyweds.
Starting with the groom's mother, "Dragon, thank you for marrying Thiartha. You may not be in love right now, but I hope you will be together forever, my child."
The audience could only smile in response, and when they turned to meet the police lieutenant's eyes, the young man received a mischievous smile that made him want to punch the person in the face.
The word “forever” doesn't exist, and hoping for a relationship like that just won't happen. Their timeframe is only six months, and barring any crazy connections to fate, it's a divorce.
Thiartha thought to himself, praising himself. His mother felt relieved that he didn't have to interfere with him. Moreover, no one knew about the fake marriage. He could still tease or flirt with girls, but sleeping with them would have to be considered later.
"Ta Thiar, you have a wife already. Stop having sex with women."
Why does my mother speak as if she knows my thoughts? But how could someone like me give up so easily? It's ingrained deeper than DNA. No matter what, the Casanova position will definitely never end.
Busaba, or the mother of dragons, also blesses the couple to be together using her wisdom, even though she knows that it is a marriage to reverse bad luck. If the future is uncertain, her son might fall in love with Police Lieutenant Thiar.
"Mom, please take care of the dragon, Inspector Thiar."
“You can rest assured, I will take care of the dragon ants so they don’t bite or bite anything.”
Oh, you act all sweet when talking to adults. Your thin lips pout a little.
"Let's talk things out calmly, my child. In a couple, one person must be the water that puts out the fire when they argue."
“Yes, Auntie.”
If Mother Dragon didn't agree with his words, he would think that the Inspector would be the fire, and he would be the great fire. But that was it. There wouldn't be anything that would cause them to quarrel or misunderstand each other, because this was a fake marriage. We didn't really love each other.
The ceremony ended in the evening. Of course, the newlyweds had to enter the bridal chamber on the first night according to tradition, and were strictly forbidden from leaving the room until morning. Thiartha's private bedroom was transformed into a sweet and romantic bridal chamber, while the new wife had to submit and comply.
Just for tonight!
As another part of the agreement, they would not live under the same roof; the dragon would continue to stay at the police quarters as usual and would not move into the Police Lieutenant Colonel's house.
“Wow, this wedding is quite a labour-intensive affair.”
A loud voice said, “I really want to sleep.” Someone was stretching and complaining.
The dragon did not reply, sitting on a large chair, his gaze moving around the room, secretly checking for Inspector Thiartha.
The bedroom is decorated in a light grey, giving it a warm, relaxing feel. The furniture is minimal, with a few pictures and artworks decorating the walls. But what is surprising is the corner bookshelf, which is filled with countless books.
"Does the inspector like to read books?"
“Are you making that face because you don’t believe me?” His eyebrows were furrowed, and his face was full of doubt, making Thiartha unable to hold back his laughter.
"Why? What's wrong with my face?!"
“No, you don’t believe I read.”
"Who would have thought that a flirtatious person like the police lieutenant would like to collect books?
“Hmm, what did you say, Dragon?”
When he got the chance, he wanted to tease him. The tall man slowly walked closer with an action that made the light brown eyes widen.
"What are you going to do, Inspector?"
The native outfit he was wearing was being slowly unbuttoned one by one, and the firm, rippled muscles were suddenly reflected in his round eyes.
There's no denying how great Sergeant Thiar's body is. His tanned skin, though not smooth and fine, looks good everywhere—his strong, well-defined muscles and his well-defined six-pack abs.
Inspector! "Get out of here already!" That's too close.
Before he could finish speaking, a large hand suddenly grabbed his flat chest and squeezed it lightly. This startled the round-faced person, and he instinctively pushed the old man away.
“Sorry, your boobs aren’t big enough for me.”
"Hey, Inspector! Your words!"
"It's flat, so when you hold it, it doesn't feel full."
“Sorry for not being as cute as your girls.”
Extremely annoyed.
"But do you have any manners? Coming to grab someone else's breasts!"
“What are you talking about? You’re married, and you’re husband and wife now.”
A sly smile twitched as he said those words, but the consequences were immediate. The dragon grabbed a long pillow and slammed it with all his might. With a higher rank, a higher position, and an older age, do you think he wouldn't dare? That cunning and scheming person.
“I’m not teasing you anymore. I’d better go take a shower.”
“Hurry up and go.”
The sergeant is a very mischievous person, more than I expected; that's what he learned today, so there's absolutely no way they'll sleep in the same bed.
While the other party was taking a shower, the police sergeant hurriedly found a blanket that he could use to sleep on the floor that night. He would rather sleep with his back curled up than worry about being teased.
When the owner of the room opened the door, he frowned slightly. Someone had carried a pillow and blanket down to lie on the floor below the left side of the bed, but he didn't say anything.
“You go take a shower.”
"yes"
On a tiring day, having warm water poured over my body makes me feel so good I can't describe it. At that moment, I want to lie down, my head touching the pillow, and fall asleep.
The dragon only took ten minutes to shower. His body, exhausted all day, needed immediate rest. After coming out of the bathroom, wearing his little bear pyjamas, he hurriedly rushed to the prepared bed.
"Sergeant, please turn off the lights. I'm going to sleep."
“Why are you sleeping on the floor? Come up and sleep with me.”
"You can sleep anywhere, Inspector. Don't be so picky. Just go to sleep."
How long have you been practising on the ground and eating in the sand? What's the point of sleeping on this hard ground? Go away. The uninterested person slid under the thick blanket. The air conditioner can cool at a constant temperature. It can be installed directly in the room and remains bright.
"Please turn off the lights. I don't like to sleep with the lights on," the new wife ordered.
“I told you to come up to the bed with me, Dragon Sword,” he said in a deep voice, as if he wanted to order.
"Don't order me around, Inspector. I'm going to bed. Turn off the lights," I ordered back.
"Hee, will you come up here nicely?"
All of a sudden!
In a split second, a tall figure moved down to the bed beside the bed and managed to lock his slender waist. How could he be lying there like this? Thiartha wasn't a heartless or classist person, and that action made the person who had closed his eyes open his round eyes fully.
"Will you go up there nicely or..." The sly voice paused slightly before continuing.
"Or should I make you my wife first?"
"You, Inspector!"
"Hey, hey, don't be rude."
Even though he used the word "ไอ้" as a prefix, he still had the courtesy to call you "คุณ". However, the listener felt nothing. He even showed a provocative expression and gave each other lustful glances.
“Go to sleep, or your back will hurt.”
"Where I sleep is my business."
"You want to be my wife, right?"
"You're a sly one," Thiartha admitted to himself. Otherwise, how would he have gotten the nickname "Cunning Inspector"? There's always someone better than you, and there's always Thiartha above all else.
"Please come up, wife."
"Call me nicely, Inspector."
"Oh, so you really are my wife. Still wearing the ring."
Oh, divorce. He wants a divorce now. Can we get it right this second? Just...On the first day, I felt a headache that made my nerves twitch. Inspector Thiar is so damn cunning!
